Arrrrg! To the Boo Box!! Originally a torcher chamber used to lock a person in a wooden box or barrel and then have poisoness bugs or rodents eat them alive! 

This sauce is fermented with a controlled lactobacillus strain to ensure a vigorous, fast fermentation and a unique aroma and taste. Inside the Boo Box you will find a lot of scary things, including a real black scorpion. Every batch is fermented with two scorpion bugs and then blended up in the end to conform into the sauce.
