Tasting Notes: Sweet, candy like pineapple, floral, anisette, balanced heat

HI, I Like You is our Hawaiian inspired pepper sauce and It’s bursting with bright pineapple, floral sweet lychee and an island seasoning called Li Hing Mui. We threw in some Maui onion to round out the sweet and sour backbone along with handfuls of ripe Thai chilis to give it a stinging heat.
