This exotic sauce shines bright with the abundance of lemon drop aji peppers from Peru. The Aji is bold with citrus flavor and can hold a Scoville unit between 15 & 30 thousand. We used two types of lemons to bring in a depth of citrus and the perfect amount of Szechuan peppercorns and black peppercorns for a lemon pepper sauce that will get real. Real fast.
